I am a mother, author, teacher, and healer, dedicated to guiding others toward self-love, inner peace, and spiritual truth. Through my work, I help people find freedom, connection, and deeper meaning in their life experiences.


What Do I Need?

  • A notebook and your favourite pen (or digital medium)
  • A Yoga mat (ideal but not essential)
  • A cosy cushion (ideal).
  • A willing and open mind.
